"A Night with Mark Twain" APRIL 16-17, 2021
The RCSHS Theatre Department was establish in 1984 by Virginia Landreth Etherton. Over the past 40 years, they have performed unforgettable shows such as "You Can't Take it With You," "Our Town," "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown," The Importance of Being Earnest," "Steel Magnolias," "Arsenic & Old Lace," "Romeo & Juliet" and more recently, "Beauty & the Beast," "Into the Woods," "The Wizard of Oz," and "Legally Blonde the Musical."
Each year the RCSHS Theatre Department performs 2-3 plays and musicals, casting over 100 students from grades 1-12!
Due to COVID19, the 2020 musical "Cinderella" was cancelled.
This year, the department performed a radio show "It's A Wonderful Life" to maintain social distancing and to keep our cast, crew, and audience safe.
This Spring, we are proud to announce our 2021 Musical... "A Night with Mark Twain" which will open to an in person audience
on April 16th at 7pm.

Thespian INFORMATION
- is an academic club that meets at RCSHS on the last Friday of each month during 6th period (2:45-3:05). This year we will have an induction of new members, complete two fundraisers, perform a Fall play and a Spring musical. Viking Thespian dues are $10 your senior year and participation in both fundraisers each year in which you are a member. If you want to join The Viking Thespians, please be in attendance of our first official meeting on August 22nd at 3:30 in the PAC.
